Hello all. I have a 1976 John

Hello all. I have a 1976 Johnson 9.9 HP (model 10EL76). The factory service manual calls for Champion L7J spark plugs. Can't seem to find any information about that plug or the RL7J resistor version. Can anyone recommend a suitable cross-reference to a newer plug? Thanks.
 
Current Champion callout is U

Current Champion callout is UL81C. I have also had good luck with NGK B7HS (or BR7HS resistor) gapped at .035
