"Last summer I replaced my engine was having ignition issues. I replaced the powerpack on the outboard at it seemed to solve everything. This summer, at first the engine would start but only idle for a few seconds. I drained the fuel lines and carburator to find some water in the gasoline. With this porblem solved however, the engine will not even ignite and the black wire on the powerpack heats up and begins to smoke...
the red and blue don't do it at all. Just the black.
Any suggestions."
