" Somewhere in my Internet journeys I seem to remember a system that protects the block from salt water corrosion in a open cooling system.It seemed to work like a drip system to add a chemical that coated the internal workings. Does something like this exist or is it some pipedream that I had? Thanks, Jim Dunn "

I have a 3liter omc that the Manifold has corroded to the point where the exhaust and water intake are mixing I want to get a new Manifold for a 1987 OMC part no.3850799 or can the Manafolds be rebuilt?
