Fixing the charging system on a 30L LX

I am replacing the belt for th

I am replacing the belt for the charging system and Making sure that all three pullys are part of the loop. I know the alternator and crankshaft at the bottom are in the loop but the upper one is the question. The belt stapped so I do not know.

remove the 2 bolts and spacer

remove the 2 bolts and spacer on the port side(alt. side) insert 2 new belts .tiewrap 1 out of the way.
 
alt/crank/waterpump is one bel

alt/crank/waterpump is one belt. powersteering/waterpump is second belt.

The upper middle pulley is the waterpump.
