Need motor serial number

Hello I just boat a 1972 carav

Hello I just boat a 1972 caravelle with a 302 mercruiser 188 hp.I need to get my title switched from Arizona to Texas but in order to do that i have to have the serial number off the lower unit and the motor and the ID off the boat. I cant find the motor serial number anywhere. Ive been all over the engine. Can anyone help me locate it plz?
