I wanna get this thing going...just purchased a couple of months ago brand new and i wanna get some upgraded performance out of it but i cant find any kits our parts online...any ideas to boost speed? horsepower? shallow water performance? will be GREATLY appreciated

"There is NOTHING you can do or modify to make any "noticable" difference in the performance of that motor.

That is unless you want to take it to a machine shop, bore the heck out it, find some pistons that will work, then try numerous carbs to find something that will feed it properly - maybe totally rework the exhaust - and a thousand bucks later you may have a 30 horse motor that would give you maybe 4 or 5 more mph under absolutely optimal conditions.

If you want the performance of a 50 horse, sell your 25 and buy a 50. Otherwise, bolt that baby on the back of your boat and enjoy it as is...
