"Really struggling here in colorado. Just bought a 78 26' sea ray with a 1988-1992 7.4 bravo II tunder bolt in it. Had to replace inpeller in water pump and Thermostat. it ran hot and the bellows where smoking. Replaced the above mentioned parts, now it will not start. Just cranks but no spark. Could it be the ing. module? Hope not 350 dollars. Battery fully charged (new) or could of the purple wire from the ing..got hot and shorted to metal some where. Could I get a Dist. from the junk yard with a coil in the cap and forget the module all together by runing the purple wire to the dist. Hope this all makes sense, Tim"
