Is it ok if I run my engines c

Is it ok if I run my engines completely out of gas for winter storage. I am hearing store as empty as possible. Is this do able?

Thanks for the help I am going to winterize the engines and siphon the rest of the fuel out. That is ok right?

Just-in-time little confused your write up says to drain as much gas out of the tank as possible if your gas that contains alcohol. E-10 has alcohol correct? So I would drain as much as possible out of the tank correct?
