I recently came across a great deal on this motor and was putting it through it's paces when I noticed that if I run it out of water with the hose muff there it spits water like it should but when I ran the motor in a garbage pail filled with water it didn't spit water. Just wondering if anybody would know if the impellor needs replacing. Also I noticed on the lower unit there is the hole for OIL LEVEL and right beside it is another hole that says WASH. What is this for? Thanks for any help.
