Just put in new starter today

Just put in new starter today boat starts but when try to put prop down you hear solenoid kick in and motor run put outdrive doesnt go up or down anyway to check hydraulic oil have an 3.0 omc cobra outdrive
 
"You will find a big screw in

"You will find a big screw in the middle of the pump/resevoir, undo that screw and see if the fluid is up to the hole, if not then add some power steering fluid. Put a rag around the screw while undoing it just incase there may be some pressure that wil lcause the fluid to spray out. Continue to raise and lower the drive to force the air out of the system."
