"My '99 DT100 doesn't
"My '99 DT100 doesn't discharges cooling water through the lower unit, but not the engine block. I replaced the impeller and filled lower unit with fresh gear oil. Water is circulating through the lower unit and water exhaust with strong flow. Air comes out of the water outlet for the upper unit. Air pressure builds up when I close off the outlet with my hand. The pilot hole drips. Any ideas? The pilot hole is supplied upstream of the thermostats and should indicate flow even if the thermostats were stuck shut."
