"i have a 15 foot jonh boat. it is a homemade riberglassthe seating arrangement from bow to stern is..."floated" bench seat....full bench seat W/ thru hull livewells and steering(CAPT'S)seat at the stern. the bow seat fiberglass is rotting(giving not right noises when used)i want to reinforce the seat securly, but do not want bolts and washers showing thru hull. is there a solution to this?? i have tools and 3rd party knowledge but dont know any method other than drilling an mounting thru hull. any suggestions"
