Hand Starting DV24

If anyone here has some experience with the Bukh DV24 I could use some advice. Having trouble hand starting so I'm looking for some help with decompression and hand cranking.

it is a bit of a struggle cranking on your own, i have a 28hp in sydney , you need to decompress the valves ( my decompreesion lever was very tight which i found was the rocket cover was done up to tight i released the bolts a 1/4 turn and that curred all my problems) you need to get the motor spinning quite fast
