Switch to electric fuel pump question

"Ok, got the new motor install

"Ok, got the new motor installed today and after scratchin my head for a while on the electric fuel pump wiring got it fired up and she runs like a dream. My question is about the clear tube that used to run from the back of the carb to the mechanical fuel pump. What do I do with it now? Should I just plug it from the carb or what?

That tube was so that if the m

That tube was so that if the mechanical pump diaphram ruptured it would dump the gas into the carb instead of the bilge. Just plug it at the carb end.
