Perkins 4236 no oil to head

I have a perkins 4.236 replace

I have a perkins 4.236 replaced the screen the oil pump and filter.After reassembly still no oil is getting to the rocker arms or anywhere in the head as far as I can tell. Can anybody help me with this ?
