"1995 Suzuki DT85 runs fine for perhaps half-an-hour (I don't gun the thing, 15 mph-land) is fast enough for me.)

I can troll all day (2.5 mph-land) but when I wrap things up to come in and open the throttle, she dies.

(I can limp in at 4 or 5 mph-land.)

She runs in salt water.

Changed the plugs - no change.

Used a 'flush kit' don't think it did a good job and no change.

Taking it to a fresh water lake this weekend to see if a day in fresh water will help but after that I am out of ideas.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

i have a 1988 DT85, no one answered my post yet but i think this pretty much describes my problem.

when ur in neutral and rev it up does it work fine?
mine only stalls when its in drive and you increase throttle.

if anyone wants to do me the favor of checking out my post and responding that'd be great!
