"Hello all....first post here after reading just about whole forum which is very helpfull thanks yáll. have an overheating prob thats burning gaiters on a bravo three leg. gear cable siezed due to same problem. Pump uptake moved from leg to ind. and pipe stowed. seawater cooling exit from exhaust side of turbo has pipe to seperate drain exit on transom.
Am going to check cooling throught system, inc. intercooler, h/ex and oilcooler, but any other pointers would be most appreciated. Should the exhaust gaiter be totally loose fitting leg side allowing gasses to bathe uj gaiter? without waterflow in leg, should further leg cooling be considered? should water exit from turbo be restricted allowing more to exit with exhaust?
many thanks gurrus!}"
