"pull the z off the number and do a google for it, you will see lots of reference to GM (Camaro) engine information.



In addition, checking the Mortec site at http://www.mortec.com/castnum.htm I see that number is the generic GM 2-bolt block that was bored to 302, 327 and 350 cubic inches in 1968.
