2001 200 HP HPDI Yamaha Starbo

2001 200 HP HPDI Yamaha Starboard engine less than 300 hours. Not used much this year run at least 15 minutes weekly. won't start - mechanic says engine is ceased? Port engine fine. Boat very well maintained - winterized. I am in shock. Any idea?

"doesnt matter how well you mantain a hpdi, if they want to seize you wont stop them, i,ve seen at least 10 with powerhead failure, when they start pushing fuel and oil usage to the lower limits to satisfy emission laws, something has to give and etec are no exception."
