Could anyone tell me the corre

Could anyone tell me the correct sequence to check the clearances please. I am also trying to find a workshop manual for this if you have any suggestions thanks in advance.

I can point you to the owners manual but not a workshop manual I am afraid.

If necessary you can turn the engine until a valve is fully open and then turn it one complete turn to the check/adjust position.
Repeat for each valve in turn but that's lot of engine turning! That may be how the manual says to do it anyway.

Clearances are 0.4mm / 0.016" cold.

I would like to know what engine rpm and what psi reading is required to test off the manifold.
