"My starboard engine starts and runs fine. It will get up to RPM and run all day without a hitch. When I slow down to dock or come into the marina it will not run at low RPM. I have replaced the fuel pump, changed the fuel filters and the inline filter. Any other ideas?"

You might want to check you spark plugs & distributer and check ignition timing. Failing that I would have a close look at the carb.

"START with the carb. It sounds like it's flooding. You can tell by turning the idles adjustments all the way in. If the motor keeps running, it's flodding.

Been there. Focus on the ignition system especially any electronic control modules. Hope it helps. Let us know how it turns out.
