Could some one tell me if the

Could some one tell me if the springs from a v8 timing advance will work on a 4 cyl.
Please don't tell me to cut them in have. LOL

"darned if I can find it now, but I noticed a seller on eBay has a bunch of NOS ignition parts and they have brand new in the box Prestolite marine distributors for the 2.5 and 3.0 for $75.... I wouldn't be foolin' around with springs too much...I saved a link to the seller at home- can't find it on ebay now.."

230157501301 is the item number..it's an awesome deal if it will fit - you could request measurements. Mfg. List Price was $487.39 they say- but I cant personally find reference to the numbers they list
