"I'm having a heck of a time finding a rebuilt carb for this boat, I tried to rebuild it but I think the check valve seats are corroded,
I can't get it to idle right and its hard to start when hot but will run all day fine above idle,engine compession is perfect/new fuel pump/new filters, anyway cant seen to find one anywhere, thought I had one from a place called flyfishcarburetors but the guy said he could not find my model numbers in his book, I could tell he did not want to take the time to work around that and just blew me off,
Its a small base/bore with air choke, is there a newer type carb I can upgrade to? I have no problems modifying the throttle linkage to make a newer style carburetor work.
