You are going to have to troubleshoot the entire electrical system, starting with the key switch, I'm afraid. Go to http://marine-engines.wikia.com/wiki/Marine_Engines_and_Sterndrives
and find your engine manual, download it, and examine the electrical diagrams.

And stop with the ALL CAPS YELLING. No one at this board is under any obligation to help you, and asking nicely will get you a lot further."

I will take your advice. I am not yelling at anyone. Just trying to get a little help. I know it was a bonehead mistake on my part to cross the cables. But I am only human. And we all have our bad days. Iam very greatfull for any help from those who are on this website. Please accept my appologies if I offended you or anyone else.
