water in lower unit dran oil milky oil came out . And thanks with alt retro fit works great merc 470

need to drain it all out and pressure check to 15 psi. if no pressure leak then vacuum check to ~4 to 6 inches of hg.

You will need the correct testers to do this though.

"Consider retrofitting a drive lube oil monitor. This will keep positive pressure on the drive. It will not fix a leaky seal however, and you will have an oily slick around the stern when parked, and also you will need to keep topping up the monitor. The right fix is to have the drive resealed.
