"hello all, i am having another problem with my 86 four winns 4.3 liter omc cobra. it dies everytime when it idles, then the carburetor fills with gas and bubbles. not sure what is going on. it runs great when i speed up. if anyone has any ideas please help."
 
could be a ruptured diaphragm

could be a ruptured diaphragm in the fuel pump - any fuel in the clear hose running to your carb from the pump? should be dry
