I'm going with some quality Volvo AUTO piston rings because I dislike overpaying for the words "...Penta" or "Marine".

They have two choices in some of the online catalogs:
1.75mm and 2mm for the top rings.

Is the 2mm ring the right one for the 2.1 liter/AQ140A block?"

After that confusion last week over varying torque specs for the same motor I'm a little hesitant to totally trust the SELOC numbers.

Just wanted to be certain before ordering.
I don't have the parts with me to check. All at a machinist's shop now. Wanted to order this evening if possible.
IF the book is correct--then it's 2mm. Call me paranoid...just want to get 'er right.
