"I have a 2003 bayliner 17.5 with a 3.0L mercruiser engine. Boat ran well, changed prop, ran well next time at lake. Second time out boat will take a long time to gain speed since it will run slow for a while then pick up speed. If I slow down it will take another long time to pick up speed then runs good at wot. Any sugestions? Thanks"
