"Changed trim tilt motor on my 85 Sunrunner 210 Mercruiser 230hp, thought I filled oil to top??? At any rate the motor is not going down all the way, almost but not all the way. Is there a way to adjust it? I didn't un-adjust anything???

Does the pump sit atop of a plastic tank or black tank? Is the vent screw adjusted out 2 turns? Air may be in the system. Stand on the OD and see if it goes down. Run the OD up/down several times to see if it improves. If not you may need to do a bleed service or replace the valve body.
