" I am looking for a thermostat that is used in a 327F Chris Craft engine, 1963 vintage. This is not a standard type, it allows water to flow even when closed. It was made by Verna Therm who stopped making them earlier this year. I have found a source but feel their proce is out of line, any other leads or suggestions? The engine is raw water cooled and run in fresh water. "
