"Replace the carbs - it will empty your wallet and you will notice "zero" on boat performance increase unless you lie to yourself - but it can be done....

PS don't forget to add in the cost of new props as well because you will be a little light in pitch if you do increase them - plus the 10-15% increase in fuel cost.

But hey, on a day when the air temp is about 70 degrees, humidity is near 30% and wind speed is zero you will get a whopping 2-3 mph more at wide open throttle....

Only you can decide if the cost justifies that - in general per motor you would be looking at 100 to 150 bucks for each mph....."
