"A good marine welder can likely repair, depending how bad and where cracks may exist. There are also stainless steel "boots/sleeves" available at many marine service centers and stores that may fit over any remaining broken stub that can improve looks and function."
 
I had mine repaired for about

I had mine repaired for about a 100 bucks at the local marina and you can't even tell it ever happened
