i got a 40 d2 with a bad exhau

i got a 40 d2 with a bad exhaust cover gasket in trying to remove the cover i snapped all the bolts and the sevice manaul isnt telling me what to do. what do i do thanks
 
"Heat up the aluminum surround

"Heat up the aluminum surrounding the bolts using an oxy/acetylene torch being careful not to melt the engine block. Then using a pair of locking pliers you wiggle the remains of the bolts being careful not to break any down below the top of the aluminum. If you do break any (and you will), you will have to drill out the center of each bolt and then collapse it on itself."
