30 water leak

Bought new, approximately 60 hours of use (two Iraq deployments put a dent in my boating schedule).

Problem: Out saturday, noticed bilge pump kept kicking on. Removed cover, saw water coming down the inside of the transom below where the outdrive exits. Hauled it, put the muffs on, and same thing happened. Any ideas?"
 
"Look closely at all your hose

"Look closely at all your hoses, that's the cheepest and easyest thing to check. I'd even take the hose from the transom to the engine off to check it."

"Okay, here's the result -
One star-headed bolt in the bilge. Boatyard pulled engine out, found one bolt missing from the exhaust manifold/Y-tube. The other three bolts were not even hand-tight! 60 hours on the engine. Must have been a bad day on the assembly line."
