"Just purchaced boat was out on the lake floating and went to leave turn key no start, guage shows voltage when key is turned no clicks or noise whatsoever. Checked battery connection everything tight and clean no corrosion. PLEASE HELP TROUBLESHOOT

"No start or no crank? Check the starter connections if it's the latter. Check the ignition switch and its connections, too.

Most people who do their own boat service neglect the starter service that's recommended and I suspect a lot of dealers avoid doing it, too. When I worked for boat dealers, a lot of boats that had been "professionally maintained and serviced" had rusted starters. Annual check/lubrication of the Bendix and shaft keep rust from forming from condensation or submersion (in case a lot of water got into the bilge)."
