"I recently remaved & painted my '88 OMC Cobra outdrive & now want to re-attach it. Anybody know how tight bolts need to be, i.e. foot pounds? Does the (new) gasket need any sealer or just install dry? Also, do you apply teflon tape to bilge drain plug when re-installing?
