How can I tell what size prop

How can I tell what size prop for my boat I have a 25 ' Searay 250DA with 260 Alpha one . Can not tell what the current prop size is

"If it's not stamped where you can see it, it's probably on the outdrive side of the prop hub(need to take prop off). last 2 didgets is the pitch. suspect you need a 14 1/2 X 19or21 pitch."
 
I wouldstart with the 19";

I wouldstart with the 19"; as that will be a heavy boat.
If you want more low end pull go to a 17"
