i got this motor from my fathe

i got this motor from my father and it doesnt have the female gas connection that connects to the motor and i dont know what the fuel mix is can anyone help
 
i went to www3.sears.com and e

i went to www3.sears.com and entered the serial #68600710-1220 and it says no match can you help and i still need the mix ratio and is this engine air or water cooled i went to ebay and havent had any luck there either can sombody please help
