"my rpm does not go more then

"my rpm does not go more then 3000 was running very good, change gas tank,tuneup, was very good
now very bad and is taking alot of gas need help to adjust carburator how many turns on the screws"
 
Check if the electric choke is

Check if the electric choke is closed and not opening. That will give the symptoms you described.
