"I have a 2005, 150 4 stroke, When cold starts fine, but after you run awile and shut down it for say,30min or more and try to start it. It will hit on the first turn then stall. Keeps doing that. Pumping the bubble don`t seem to help. If you keep running the starter it will slowily start, very sluggish. like a choke problem? Any ideas?"
