Need Help Suzuki Oil Injection

"it is a 2000, 225 Suzuki, 2 stroke,,Ran fine last season, started it at home 2 weeks back, seemed fine, but when i put it in water it smoked like crazy, shut it down , restarted & took it out , ran good for about 2 minutes then cut motor revs to under 3000 rpm, motor had set thru a freezing winter,is there anything i can clean out or check?, have been using Penzoil Outboard Oil,any help will be greatly appreciated,, Thanks"

"Thanks JJ,,i am getting a Manual for it, the only one i found was for up to 1999, dont know if the 2000 is the same,its hard when you dont know what the part looks like your looking for, as far as cooling it pumping water great,if there was a water restriction would it smoke that bad? & cut the revs to under 3000"
