THE ID# ON IT IS VC5L9221 ON IT. IM TRYING TO FIND OUT THE YEAR, C.I., HORSEPOWER, AND WHAT IT MAY HAVE COME OUT OF. IF ANYONE CAN HELP OR TELL ME WHERE TO FIND THE INFO I WOULD APPRECIATE IT VERY MUCH.

Where did you get

Where did you get this number? These are not Interceptor engine numbers.
However, the 221 tells me it is a small block Ford. The 221 block was used on the 260 and 289 engines. You could have either one. The Interceptor engine number will tell me what engine you have. The number is located on the front timing cover on a raised boss. Give me that number.
