" I have a 1976 cabin cruiser with twin 350 Chevy I/O with Volvo outdrives. They ran well, but I had to have the heads reworked on one of the engines. When the heads were reinstalled the timing for both engines was adjusted. Now unload both engines cut out at 2,500 RPM and the boat will not get on plane. In the slip both engines will turn over 3,100 RPM with no problem. This boat once ran 33 MPH but now won't do 10 MPH. Please give me some ideas as to what could be contributing to this? "
