"Was just out running a SeaRay 230 with Mercuiser 5.7. I noticed the battery reading steadily dropping from 13V to 10V and then under. At this point the alarm sounded. All other gauges were reading fine. Manifolds, etc were OK. I limped back to the dock but when I tried to take it to a real low speed the RPM stayed up even when bringing into neutral. Couldn't get the RPM much below 2000. Any ideas? Batteries? Alternator?
