1985 alpha tilt does not go up

"hello, the tilt lowers but do

"hello, the tilt lowers but does not go up. Replaced the 2 solenoids and when you hit the switch the solenoids will click. any ideas?? Thanks, ken"

New pump motor or bad new sole

New pump motor or bad new solenoid.
use a jumper fron the battery to the blue(up) and green (down) leads on the motor itself.

Check that the motor and batte

Check that the motor and battery wire connectors are clean and tight.
