"Engine yamaha t50 (1999 T50tlrx). Was running fine no problems. Last trip made it out 500 yards was up on plane and she just powered down. Couldn't get her to turn over again and haven't since. New to this engine, thinking coil, any other suggestions? or where to start. thanks"

"No spark, figured it out though. Found both electrical and fuel problems (lots of water). Drained the internal tank and ran it off a fuel cell. Ran fine for most of the day, didn't like powering up after idling for a period of time. Guessing carb is gunky. The engine had been sitting for 9 months with no storage maintenance and fuel in the engine prior to putting it back into service."
