"I am new to boat owner ship. I took boat out last week for first time this year. Boat ran great until I got down to 1/4 tank. After that the boat would run well up to 3000 RPM and then start bogging down unless I back off. Once boat planed out it ran fine. I have changed the fuel, spark plugs, filters, cleaned the carg and jets, adjusted air/ fuel mixter and carbs. Boat run fine in drive with hose adapter in nuytral and in gear. Once I hit the lake and have a load on prop it won't run well over 3000 rpms until boat planes out. Any suggestions?"
