"Hello,

My cam seal is leak

"Hello,

My cam seal is leaking and I am going to replace it. I replaced the timing belt last year, so I know that part, but can I remove the seal without removing the cam? Can I pry it out with the cam inplace or use a couple screws screwed into the seal to pry it out? I hope I can do this without removing the cam and my Seloc manual does not go into alot of detail of what is involved.

"Well got lucky, was able to pop the seal out without touching the cam. Hopefully the new one goes in as easy.

Thanx for your help ElP. BTW how are the salmon doing? Looks like Sockeye is shut down for another year on the Fraser. Oh well.
