Smartcraft Conversion Speedo problem 496 MAG

I installed a 2004 496MAG &#40

I installed a 2004 496MAG (50 hour engine) in my 29 Sea Ray. I have a systemview panel and the link speedo & tach (all new). I installed a pitot tube sender and I am getting a 0 MPH reading at all speed. The tube is not clogged (water runs through it) and I changed the sensor to no avail. I also did a sensor reset - no change. Any ideas?

"You need to go to CAL II and reduce the change over speed to 5mph , with paddle wheele not installed.
re callabrate both the tach and the speedo.
the guide that came with the systemview will walk you through this. the key is to set the change from paddle wheele to pitot speed to 5 mph. hope this helps"

I tried the paddle wheel changeover speed and that did not fix the problem. I don't have a paddle wheel speedo kit installed but I do have the harness for it plugged into the engine as I use the pigtail for the fuel sender off that.
 
Do you have the paddle wheele

Do you have the paddle wheele set for "Not Installed"?
