Correct prop for 31 carver santiago

My Friend at the marina has a

My Friend at the marina has a 31 carver santiago bridge with twin 5.0 mercruiser i/o. he has questions as to the performace of this boat. If anyone has this boat with these engines we would like to know what the stock prop size is. and what cruise and wide open speeds are.

I would check with a dealer. Normally they prop a new boat depending on what the manufacturer recommends and what the new owner wants to do with it.
